OK, I have cloudy water, and I don't know why!! I Have worked with it for weeks but still there. It all started when, I Got a great deal on a Blue ram that I had my LFS order, By the time I got down to pick it up, it had Fin Rot so I got a great deal on him. ( I know I should have put him in a quarintene tank, But its holding fry Right now!) well, I put it in the tank and started Mealfix treatment. after 1 week it was in great shape. so i done a water change and removed some decorations, and put in a peice of "processed" Driftwood, and some rocks I had got out of the creek (I tested them before adding) Now, After that its been cloudy ever since, I have done countless water changes. It looks as if there is millions of Tiny little white Particles floating around, someone on here recommeded i use some Clotting agent to bind all the particles together so they can be filtered out! Didn't Work!! Since then I have took the Driftwood and rocks out added new filter media (Penguin Bio-wheel 350) , My old pads were about 5 months old and I thought they might not be filtering good enough. I always swish them around in the tank during cleaning to clean them. I changed 1 Then a week Later I changed the other. The Bio-wheels seem fine! Nitrates 10, Nitrites 0, Ammonia 0. My water used to be Crystal clear and now its no where near! Take a look at the "My 55 Gal. Aquarium" Pics, Look at the diffrence between "Aquarium and New Fish"
