Silver Molly Eggs

Mollies have their babies live they don't lay eggs. There are several fish that you can keep with your mollies that will work as good population control. A red tailed black shark is a good option.

As mentioned, mollies are livebearers. If you already have too many fish, then adding more fish for "population control" isn't a solution. Besides, the adult mollies themselves will likely eat the fry, especially if there isn't much vegetation for the fry to hide in.

True, true. However I once had a silver mollie that didn't care to eat her babies and next thing I knew I had 60 babies in my tank. I later got me a paradise fish who quickly lowered my tank population. :sim:
