Cute but I think the kitten needs to have that appendage removed... it looks to be something that may wind up either getting infected from being dragged, to get in the kittens way, or could mess up the posture of the kitten as it grows all together. I'm also suprised the mother continued to nurse it like that.... most mother cats would push it to the side. I wonder if the kitten is people-raised.

It seems happy at this point but is also struggling to do normal kitten activities. I agree that the appendage should be removed since it may impede it from doing ohter things as an adult. The surgery could be done when it's spayed/neutered so it wouldn't even need to go under the knife twice. Of course I'd like to see it borught inside too but that's another subject.

Must have absorbed a litter mate while developing. Yeah, that should be removed before the cat grows much larger.
