skimmer

i have just bought an excalibur skimmer. and i am already having problems with it. the problem i am having is that it over flows in a matter of minutes. the intake valve is already at the lowest. iono what to do. someone please help

i do not know what kind of skimmer that is but it sounds like the pump on the skimmer that controlls everything is way too strong.

i have solved the problem of the water over flowing. but i have another problem. when the bubbles do reach the collection up the bubbles do not pop instead they just lay there and when the cup is filled with bubbles the bubbles go out of the air hole. can anyone solve this? :dance2:
