I'm taking the plants out of one of my tanks and would like to find some of these plant-eating snails I've avoided before. I would be interested in anything from adults to eggs. Shipping would be to Chapel Hill, NC. Have some plants, trumpet snails, little ramshorns, pond snails, or yellow shrimp to trade if wanted.

If you lived in california i would give you all of them you wanted I have 15 aquariums of snails canas etc. but they cant be shipped out of california.

can you find something for me to read on that? as far I've been able to find that is not the case. plenty of people in NC trade and buy snails from all over the U.S.

anybody else know?

Snails in the genus Achatina (e.g., Achatina fulica, The Giant African Snail), aquatic snails in the family Ampullaridae (e.g., Pomacea canaliculata, channeled apple snail), and Decollate Snails (Rumina decollata) are specifically prohibited for interstate movement or importation into the United States.
Taken directly from the Aphis website. Here's the link
