snails

I would like to get a snail for my coldwater tank, can anyone suggest a small variety of snail that is easy to keep :fairy:

I like my ramshorn snails. They do fine outside. There are also snails sold as mystery snails, but some of them are actually apple snails, which can eat plants. Pond snails eat plants (at least mine do).

Go to your local creek and collect some snails off the rocks.
