i am getting a 135 gallon with like 150 puonds of rock at least and it is pretty well established and i was thinking about getting a mandarin or a dragonet i know that they are same i also was thinking about a long nosed butterfly fish and i forgot the scientific name but i wanted the reef safe one

Do lots and lots and lots of research on any fish before you buy it- both species you mentioned have "issues".
Simply moving the tank will affect it tremendously- just because it is established in its present location doesn't mean it will be a cakewalk for you.
There is a whole lot of studying to do before you start buying fish. Heck- just learning how to keep the calcium and alkalinity balanced will take a month or more
Kinda joking but not really...

Mandarins are difficult to keep and should probably be avoided unless one has considerable experience and a very mature tank. Even then, many perish due to malnutrition. They feed primarily on pods; the most effective way to grow pods for them is to set up an above-tank refugium.

There are a few different longnose butterflyfish, but perhaps the only one that's truly reef safe is the Big Longnose Butterflyfish (Forcipiger longirostris), which can also be challenging to feed.

As Toni said, do as much research as you can...and ask lots of questions here...before you buy. Cheers.
