Spot on Sumoschro.. Your Norwegian is as awkward as mine. I agree with your translation (Snakke du Norsk = Can you speak Norwegian) but your other phrase "Hun hvettest du" will be a mystery until Beautifulfish, who shall be our authority in this matter, renders judgement. I think it means "She knows me" but we should wait for the neo-native Norwegian to decide. 
Yeah I knew it was something like that...I tried to learn it myself for a while, but stopped after I realized it wasn't as close to German as i thought lol.

OK, I hope all my Norwgian friends and relatives will forgive me for sharing this brutally butchered lyric. I have tried to preserve the phonetics as best I can recall but its been a long-long time. The left column is my effort to recall phonetically the lyrics of a song I learned as a very young kid. The right column is my effort to translate the left as best I can.
