I have a 25g with 48w of fluorescent light 1.9wpg I was gonna go DIY Co2 and was going to dose flourish, flourish excel, potassium and phosphorous. Just wanted all of your input to see if this sounds like a good setup or am I missing something or don't need something. I already have plants that have been in the tank for 2 days and seem allright except for the swords. They seem to be yellowing. I dont know if this is stress from being freshly planted or what? Other plants include java moss, java fern, dwarf hairgrass, anubias nana and possibly dwarf chain sword or some type of val possibly corkscrew there is one twisted leaf. No fish currently in the tank, did have some hitchhiker snails though. Going to put shrimp in and either a CT betta or pair of GBR's depending on shrimp compatibility. readings are 0,0,<10. Sorry if this is a jumble any help is greatly appreciated.:)

If you have no fish in the tank and you are not dosing any ferts for the plants, then the plants will starve and begin to look bad. You should probably add some fish and start adding ferts to the tank for the plants.

Be careful with the phosphorous. If you overdose it, you will have immediate algae bloom. Mine got hair algae overnight and took weeks to get rid of. You might also consider using Flourish tabs in the subtrate. I put them in mine and plants took off like rockets.
