sparkling gouramis coloring issue

My three sparkling gouramis have been white for a few days now. Swimming low against rocks. Today they wouldn’t even eat. What is going on with them??

Other pertinent info:
-WC every other day
-tank mates: vail tail beta and golden hill stream loach
-food: life spectrum optimum flakes every other day
-heater set at 76 degrees F
-air raider flows for 20 minutes a day

How long have you had these fish?
How long has the tank been set up?
Post your test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
Why are you doing water changes every other day?
Are you using a water conditioner/dechlorination product when you add new water?
