My Dempseys have spawned in the tank. I came home today to see a few hundred eggs on a rock in the female's corner.

The eggs are white on a dark brown rock but I could have sworn that I read that white eggs = unsuccessful spawn. Can anyone confirm or deny that?

I'm not heartbroken, I did not expect a successful spawn due to an ammonia spike caused by my newly added school of danios.

Sooooooo.... do white eggs = no good or am I soon to be a grandfather.

white eggs= unfertilized

you either have a new pair spawning or you could possibly have two females ;)
)in all honesty it's prob an inexperienced pair)
