never seen one before... but then again I pay little attention to "pest" snails usually

Neat, it's dah black snail of the family. It really looks like a jelly belly to me....

Um, unless the pics are really faded out those are pink ramshorns, not red. Pinks are usually much harder to come by. The dark one is one that reverted to the more common leopard coloring. So really what you have is one normal snail in a huge mass of special ones.

Yeah, they look like pinks, and that one just reverted back to the wild coloring.. it happens. Nothing special really.
