Here is a pic I just took. Shows it much better here. I agree, I don't think it's anything to worry about just want to make sure. He's not the dominant one his brother is. So it could just be some form of stress.
Roliva, you described it perfect. It could be from the pleco. He likes to try and pick a fight with the plecos once in a while but my big pleco doesn't put up with it much and chases him. I have seen him ocasionally whip his butt pretty good, so maybe they are wounds that repaired themselves this way.
