Here is a pic of my tank before ......

and today.... I still have more to do, waiting on more driftwood to stop the tannis thing, and needing more plants. I would go real but these buggers even dig up the plastic ones.
not sure they will even leave the moss alone yet.
The wood was added today after soaking a few weeks, its still not sinking all the way so I weighed it down with pots and gravel until it does. also wrapped moss around it, it will look great in a few weeks :)

no just something my camera does ....it has like 10 different frames. I do not know how to get it off, my daughter used the camera last and well she is the smart one around here. so I took the pics any how. I will take updated pics in 2 weeks with more drift wood and plants :)

:omg::iagree:
:lol: sorry, I know I am a pest, but I hate to show something that does not compare with all yours, I have no talent to fix things up, and the cost wow, just the lights and such cost me a lot of money.

that's looking very nice - persist with the plants it will pay off. Fish look very well too.

thanks :)
the sevrum eats everything that goes in, I have to do plastic and am looking on line for some. I put soem tiny floating plants I got in my last package ( duckweed?? any ways she ate it all LOL! now she is working on my java moss I added to the drift wood. maybe if she eats the frog bit she will leave the moss alone!

I'm afraid I don't know a whole lot about plants. One thing I do know is that java fern is extremely hardy; I am currently using it in an African tank and its going very well despite their reputation for shredding everything. I believe it has a very bitter taste (in fact it may even be mildly toxic to fish) so they pretty much learn to leave it be.
