still cloudy why? help!!!!

thanks, im moving in about two weeks so ill just do my normal once a week change and then i will deal with it in the new house but it is a complicated move due to the fact that i have to move twice so the tank will be broke down on april 10th and set back up same day in another house and then when my house is ready on may 8th i have to do it again. sucks huh
 
These organism live in balance normally, one population feeding upon (and controlling) another. Sometimes, often for reasons we can't discern, the populations become unbalanced and you get a bloom. It may be that you're feeding too much, it may be that the fish have grown and your maintenance procedures haven't increased to match... it can be a number of things.
How can you be so sure if you don't even know or give evidence to prove your point.
How can you be so sure if you don't even know cannot given a reason for the biological bloom. "discern" is not a scientific answer to any question.
