what is the care for amazonian stingrays like motoros? whats the minimum sized tank for one? and how big do they get? im not getting one soon, im just wondering for the future

Minimum foot print should be 6x2x2. Wider is better of course. Water should be kept in prestine condition with filtration system having a large turn over rate. Sand bottom is greatly recommended as they like to hide. Decor should be keep to a minimum but if used, don't have anything with rough or sharp edges.
They are night time predators so use caution with tank mates.

The big challenge for stingrays is getting a tank wide enough. 2 ft would be the bare minimum. 3ft would be great if possible. The "teacup" stingrays are just babies of stingrays that will grow much bigger.
