stocking 32.5 gallon

Hi! I’ve been looking online to find out how stocked my fish tank is. Unsure if it is possible to add more fish or if I should leave things the way they are.
Right now I have a 32.5 gallon fluval flex tank.
My levels are good.
I have:
7 tetra glofish
2 oto catfish
6 rummynose tetras.

I’d love to add some neons or cardinals as well, but think I might be stocked. I have seen different results everywhere I look online.
What are your guys opinions?

You're not heavily stocked you can easily add a school of neons or cardinals.
