stocking my 30 gallon

ok... well this tank is 3ft 30 gallon and has
2 angels (currently 2 inch each... one is a marbled... the other is a pure white one... don't have a name for the colour)
2 pearl gouramis (currently 3 inch)
2 bristle nose catfish (currently 3 inch... one male, one female)

i would like to add
6 neon rainbowfish (NOT neon tetras... neon rainbows get to about 3inches)
3 yoyo loaches (i have them in another tank... currently 1.5 inch)

would that be a problem stocking wise? i think these species will get along... yes? at the moment all the fish are not at adult size so they will fit... but at full size will they be over stocked?

That's similar to my tank and I feel it's overcowded. It becomes difficult to keep the nitrates down. Currently I'm doing 50% changes weekly.
