I've got a 50 gal bowfront tank set up so far in it is 1 snow white scolofi, 4 yellow labs, 3 blue johanni, 1 johanni mutt, 1 lemon peel, 2 red zebra and a pleco. The filter is a HOT magnum 250 and gravel is a mix of crushed coral and colored gravel. Is this too many fish, not enough of some. Any opinions are welcomed.

When the Cichlids alone grow to full size, you will be near the limit. I am curious about the inclusion of the Lemon Peel and the Pleco. Might want to consider one other Cichlid instead. The Pleco will outgrow the Cichlids by more than 4 times.
