Strange behaviour?LIL.HELP PLS.

One of my blk. Neons has, in the last week, started to swim rather strange, mostly in the one spot,(swims a little franticly) at a 45 degree angle towards the top of the aquarium(he still swims at all levels), all other fish are great, I have no N.T.D. in my tank.

Hope thats enough Info.
 
Any recent 'not great' conditions in the tank? What you're describing is sometimes a symptom of internal infections that are impacting the swim bladder.
