I have had my Kribensis for about 6 months now and my Killifish for about 2.
One day my Kribensis started losing it's flashy colors. Now it is not eating anything. I tried cichlid food, tablets, flakes, all sorts. I've heard that because it is not eating it has not much vitaminin in it's body which I think is why it is losing it's color. Same thing is starting to happen with my Killifish. I heard that Killifish only live for about a year though. Why is this happening? Why won't they eat? I have the right water conditions and everything. Quite strange...

-Killifish has died. Help my Kribensis! :help:

I am guessing you have some kind of parasite that is in your tank if they both have it. I don't know what it would be. This will put it at the top so more people will see, and hopefully someone responds before your fish die

Do you have any more information?

Any signs of swelling, parasites, fungus, slime anything at all on the fish?

Anything unusal in the tank?

Also the fish in your signature are they all in that 90 Litre tank, just seems to be an aweful lot of fish.

Does the poop stay attached to the fish? Is there any stringy stuff hanging from the vent? Both are signs of intestinal problems.

Well...Nothing was wrong with the Killifish but on my Kribensis, there are sort of blochy marks on the skin. Like patches of skin that is exposed I think.
But it seems to be healing. Or maybe not.

I guess it is quite of bit of fish for a 90L tank...although all my fish seem fine and happy. I also had them like this for about 2 years now and nothing bad (nothing at all) happened. I am thinking of getting a 200~270L tank anyway which then I might seperate some fish off. Thanks a lot for the advice though everyone. :thm:
