Stuff on inside of tank

Are you talking about the hair like things there? If so, those are non-parasitic nematodes and will not hurt you fish.

They don't look like hairs, I think they're just bad pics. Also, my tank has scratches in the pics. They look like they could be eggs or cocoons. I know they probably aren't, that's just what they look like.

green terror, convict, 9 zebra danios, a plant grown from a betta bulb, decorations from the old tank.
The only things I think may have caused the problem are the two rocks I cleaned with baking soda, a pictus catfish I got from Petco, or a Raphael catfish from a guy on craigslist. The tanks those fish came from didn't have the stuff, though.

Are they sort of mushroom cloud shaped? If so, I believe they are bacterial colonies, the type that feeds off of ammonia. Check your parameters, if you are seeing that much of it you may be having a spike.

They look kind of like the tops of mushrooms, but they aren't solid. Upon closer inspection, there are a lot of little hairs clumped together. Does that mean it's nematodes?

My tank is fresh water, if that matters. You probably already guessed it by the fish list, though.

Like a bunch of hairy little puff balls, clear, in the shape of a mushroom?

Again, I would check for ammonia.
