stupid petco plants

sooo I bought plants from petco...the ones in the plastic tubes.
of course they probably arent meant to actually go in an aquarium and one of them has fuzzy, clearish/whiteish stuff on the side of it. anyone know what this is?

ummm not really, its more upright. I'll probably just take it out and go by legit
aquatic plants

Looks terestrial to me. You'd be better off buying them from someone here or aquabid.

bobstropicalplants.com is a great place for aquarium plants.

it's not a full aquarium plant. It's more meant for a Terrarium or Vivarium. It's very rare, if possible, to see a fully aquatic plant with stripes or anything.... as mentioned, it's better to get plants offline.

Many of the tube plants are not aquatic, or they are grown emmersed so when you put them in your aquarium they either die, lose leaves or look terrible for a while.

On the rack of plant tubes each tube is labeled on the top, either fully aquatic or semi aquatic.
