"subcritical" ?

Subcritical: Pertaining to a state value or quantity of material esp. radioactive material that is less than critical

I guess that means the type of materails used were subcritical which probaly means less radioactive

Nothing to do with radiation levels. Subcritical means the matter used is below the critical mass threshold required to produce a nuclear chain reaction.

Yep, turns out it is harder to produce a nuclear explosion than people think.
 
I read in the news everyday that the UN and the USA are making efforts to prohibit Iran from creating/maintaining Uranium in their territory... ... ... but they can conduct such kind of experimentation.

How do you call a person that says something and then does the oposite? Can't recall it... ... ...

Hey Billy, I know that half your family hates me and would like to see me dead. But, because you are your own person and should be allowed to do whatever you want regardless of anything. Go ahead and open that gun store and give a 60% discount to your family.

It is kinda one of those "Do you let the kid play with the gun?" things.
