My newest tank has just finished it's cycle, and i'm planning to move the fish i used to cycle the tank into one of my community tank's.

So, i'm looking for suggestions as to which fish to put in this tank!

The only thing i am sure of in the new tank is that my spotted pictus (2) are going in there. I alway's like asking for other people's opinion when it comes to adding, as they alway's seem to come up with something you haven't thought of or have completely missed!!

It's a Juwel vision 180L curved aquarium.

So what are your suggestions?

ive always wanted to have an african butterfly, but ive got an angel in my 30 gal that takes up all of my upper water aquarium space, butterflies are really cool looking fish, and would not compete w/ your pictus since they stay at the very top all the time, you would just need some floating plants

other cool fish are angels, tough enough (when not small) to not be stressed out by pictus (unless yours are very agressive) and they are full of personality.

I once had a pictus... what i leard before it got caught in a net, other than the fact that they are too big for 30 gal.... is that neon tetras are not good tankmates w/ pictus... but you probly already knew that

lol............yeah i know about Tetra's and other small fish, i'm looking for tankmate's for them and not fish food :) They're not overly agressive but, they can be a little territorial.

They'll only be in this tank for a short time, as i'm getting one custom built in a shop in Fife, so they'll go in the BIG tank which is a 400L, my Pictus are my fave fish, so i have to make sure i have a tank that suit's.

I moved into a new place recently, so i've a spare room for my tank's :dance :dance :dance :dance

I was thinking about Cichlid's
