Peanut is having some difficulties. He stay on bottom of tank, he kind sinks to bottom and then stops moving his fins. His black colour head is pale almost grey, he has stress stripes and breath fast and hard. I see him swim with his tail down and he has still his wolf appetite. No visible belly swelling, no pineconeing.
Ammonia and nitrite are 0ppm, nitrate is 10-20ppm. I can no more elaborate on this issue.
Swim bladder or something else?

A bulge? I can't see anything on the pic, but if the bulge just developed it is a malignant tumor and there is nothing you can do about that. His swim bladder is not the cause, that is just a symptom of whatever genetic/viral/bacterial problem he has. At this point salt baths are only going to make it worse.
