:help:
I was just wondering what I would need to get some air and a current going through my 170L tank which is probably around 56 gallons. Should I get a powerhead or something. Thanks.

So far I will have 2 electric yellows and 2 blue dolphins in there. I'll get 1 or 2 more cichlids when it's set up. The current filter I have does 500L an hour and it has all that biological and carbon media or whatever in it. And I've got natural looking gravel and no live plants. I'm gonna make the tank rocky with caves so it looks more natural.

Though some filter discharges when placed appropriately give sufficeint agitation for gas exchnge, the power head can not hurt. Some folks do not like the sound of n air pump or bubbles in the water, but I find them enjoyable. I prefer the air pump supplying the power head discharge.
