Well, I guess they all mean something..... and from different times in my life, yes. Each has a memory of which I will never forget.
the pegasus = my first was done with an old friend of mine. We went together and it was both of our first. I chose the pegasus because it was the first "collection" item I enjoyed, I don't collect them much these days but the time I did it, was a good time and so was the friend.
The bear paw, was done when I had accompished a painful time in my life, it was a signal for me that I had made it to the sunset. I know, it's corny but it helped.
The tribal thing, my twin and I usually schedule a week during our birthdays to take off work and do things together, just us, and things that just us will enjoy. Her and I got the same tattoo except hers has pink butterflies, mine has blue. It connects us.
The band was a birthday gift. I chose it because I love the band and can't say I'll ever stop.
Let's see, did any of them hurt. Well, the shoulder one's didn't hurt that much at all once you got used to the needle poking. The chest one, I nearly passed out from the pain but once it was done, the pain was almost nonexistent, the lower back one, HOLY MAMA did that one smart! And I honestly can't say which was worse, the pain of getting it done or the week it took to heal.
