My new 72 litre tank has been running 5 days now , and i did a test on it today my ph 7.8 , ammonia 0.25 and nitrate 10 , is this good ?

That's a pretty vague question. It's not *bad*, what's your nitrite level?

my nitrite is about 15 .

15! Did you miss a decimal? That's very high.

What do you mean by "running?" Are there fish in it? Are you performing a fishless cycle? (If you have ammonia, you must be doing on or the other.)
