I was wondering if any of you know what was wrong with this tetra. Do any of you think it is dropsy? If so where can I get medicine for the rest of my fish?

That may or may not be the cause of death. The organs are the first thing that fish/snails will target to eat on a corpse.
Dropsy is directly related to poor water conditions. What are the tank specs/stock, actual test results, etc?

I check my water condition every other day and it all reads fine. However I am a little overstocked, I have 9 tetras, 8 guppies, and 4 Cory catfish. I also just started this tank like 2 weeks ago, so that might be as to why it died. It might’ve just been the weakling.
