TETRAS!!! for a 10g.

I have a spare 10 gallon sitting around and I want to put it to good use.

I don't know alot about tetras but I'm thinking I want to give them a go, if it's possible.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I believe a small school of say 5-7 serpae tetras would not overload a lightly planted 10g. I have black skirts on the mind atm because a LFS has them for $1 each this week.

i like pearl danios not in a planted though because they look best when the tank is not so bright.

Neons, Black Neons, Lemons, Black Skirts, White Skirts, Golds, and Head and Tail Lights are all good in small tanks. Serpae can be fin nippers if kept in small places. That can be avoided if you have a heavily planted/decorated tank to give plenty of hiding spots.

I think a tank with a school of ember tetras and one of green neons would look great.
