I have a 10 gallon tank that I want to set Up For Any type of cichlids. But The Problem Is that I have Some Types of Tetras, these fish are 1 lemon tetra that is an inch and a half, 2 head and light Tail tetras that are an inch and a half and two inches, and 5 black skirt tetras which are roughly 2 inches.

For any Cichlid Recomended can you please give me the environment, water conditions, and tempature.

Also I would Like to Keep as many Tetras as Possible in this Tank.

Thank You For All your Help.

Well, the bad news is you can't keep too many fish in that tank.

....and tetras should be in schools. Varied species will not school together, and they often don't do as well in small groups or solo.

But some cichlids do well with tetras.

Kribs do well with large tetras, such as congos. But that's not for a 10 gallon....

Keyhole cichlids do great with tetras, even neons. That would be an option.

Apistogramma species and Rams could also be a possibility....

Keyholes, Apistos, and rams are all from the americas....so 78 degrees with neutral to soft water would work fine. Though I keep mine in hard, high PH water and they do fine that way too.

you may be able to getn 1 apisto at the most.

Apistos would go nicely with those fish, but that's only a little tank I'm afraid. Realistically you could get a pair of apistos in there, but you will really have to be on the ball for maintenance.
The dollars you spend on a pair of apistos is better spent on the 20 long, as apistos will respond to poor quality water by simply dying with little warning

I have black skirt Tetras in my Discus tank and they are doing well. The water is around 85 degrees and soft, pH of 6.5....
