Looks like I might have a pair of Texas cichlids. Their about 4" long right now and I'm putting them in my 60g for now. The question is will I have to move them when they get big or will this size tank be good for them when they grow to full size?

I'd say they should be happy in a 60G given they get on fine together. As for most large cichlids, as long as your filtration has a good turnover and you do partial water changes. Their digging will stir up debris though, but I found Texas to be quite a tidy fish as opposed to an oscar.
As for filtration, I,m running an AC500 and a AC300 which are turning over my tank about 13 times an hour.
bayoupr, where are you from? This can help to determine what sort of units we need to be dealing with. Also, Kit, are you talking about the imperial gallon? If so, and bayoupr is talking in terms of U.S. gallons, there are only .8327 UK gallons in a US gallon, so your gallon might be a little larger than ours. If such is the case, I have taken the liberty to calculate and therefore say that you are thus referring to a 72 USG tank. I had never heard of two Texas Cichlids being able to be kept in something smaller than a 75 USG tank, so that is why I have made this series of deductions. If you have personal experience to the contrary, please let me know, but also please let me know if my calcs and assumptions are correct.
I'm from NOLA ChilDawg. As for your calcs my tank is an oceanic 55 plus. Its the same demensions as a 55 but 3" taller. They quit making them awhile back. I can see why. The extra height really is a waste when dealing with cichlids.
Oh, for clarification's sake, I was actually doing calcs based on the numbers that Kit gave and assuming that those were imperial gallons, not assuming anything about your tank. I think that you will want to have a tank with the same footprint as a 75g (minimally) by the time they grow to full-size, but others may have something else to say on that.

Are you referring to a "breeding pair" or pair as in you have two 4" Texas? I am assuming a breeding pair will be compatible, but if you have two which turn out to be say both males then they will not be live in a 60G. I had an adult male that wouldn't tolerate any other fish in a 75.
