You have absolutely helped me start up a hobby that I have wanted to get into for years and made some of this overwhelming information easy to understand. The folks here helped me to enjoy the hobby so much that I went from my original tank (that drove me here seeking help) to what you see in my sig + an invert tank in 4 months. So.... beware of MTS! lol

LOL... I came here asking for help with my Betta and Mystery snail. They were in a gallon sized bowl without a filter. I picked them up on a whim on day...that was three weeks ago!
