When I started this hobby about a year ago there were times that I thought I would never get the hang of planted tanks. Seems like everything I planted died. Thanks to AC and other boards, I have finally managed to get the hang of this a bit. I know the tank doesn't look like much and I am sure I will rearrange more than a bit. What makes me like the tank so much though is that every plant in it was grown by me. Nothing raided from another tank other than overgrowth. Not a single purchased plant. (for which my wife and wallet thank me) So, thanks everyone!

Lupin, I believe so. The LFS's here sell them as jungle val. They and some other grassy plants were taking over my 55 so I pulled a couple up. After I pulled it up I found out that the leaves were about 4 1/2 feet long. That probably qualifies as giant.
