Price
Hard to say due to the fish he sells, but I'd say they are pretty cheap compared to what a local store would advertise. Reduced pricing for different lot sizes as well.
Other Comments
Seems to be constantly getting new/different things in. Definitely ask if you are looking for something specific. Great packaging, but stops shipping during winter due to freezing temps. I definitely will be buying more from him in the future!

edit: not sure if he ships out of country. No harm in emailing him.
 
Franks does not ship to CAN. I know that. Not many stores will. :(
 
Maybe we should make a Canadian and American list, since 99% of the US stores wont ship past the border. Make it easier especially for a canadian to find a store instead of having to read every post.
 
Yes please specify the area in which it ships (i.e. US only, International, etc.). i am ordering some fish from TNT Aquatics based in Canada so I will let you know the quality. He let me order what I want even though it wasn't on the list.

I ordered Two Clownfish from them a few months back. They arrived in exceptional health. I have never ordered plants from them, but from other reviews, they seem to be in good health as well. Same goes for the WYSIWYG corals.
Shipping Speed
Shipped the same or next day, arrived the day after (overnight is the only shipping available).

I believe it only ships to the USA. I am not 100% sure, though.
Customer Service
I have never dealt with Liveaquria's, but I have dealth with Drs. Foster and Smith (who own LA). They have excellent customer service, and will take returns, send out any replacements, and just make you feel good.
Price
You have to order at least $30 worth of fish, etc, and shipping is always a flat $30. So it is expensive if you just want one or two things. As for actual pricing, it is usually the same or lower than my local LFS, but still high.

Good experience, and I'm not afraid to order from them again.

Kens is great. they have the BEST prices on Stealth heaters anywhere.
He also sells most everything else, canister filters, air pumps, abd blowers, sponge filters, kordon bags, heat packs...

Check him out!
 
I believe Kens also has good-quality fish food. You might want to post again and add that if you want. :)
