here in rainy uk,i pay nearly a pound for unleaded and diesel that is for a litre don't know what that would be in US dollars but iknow it more than you guys and girls are paying

Just moved back into town in February. We were living 11 miles outside of town and spending over $500/mo in gas! With a teen about to drive her own car, a tween who wants to work strawberry harvest, and a 10yo who just wants to ride his bike without worrying about outrunning ferral dogs, coyote, and oh yeah the big cougar - we moved back. Now everyone walks or bikes to school/work 3-5 days a week. Yeah!!! I will loose that baby fat eventually - hahaha :dance2:

Here in the Nahsville area it's about $2.89/gal. It varies by .04-.07 cents depending on what one you stop at. It only costs me about $34 to fill up, however the hubbt has a truck and it takes about $75 for him. 
:OT: Galaxie- I grew up in Tyson's Corner! I moved to Tn when that area just got too crowded and expensive!
