1st one looks like a pike cichlid(Melanochromis chipokae) like live2pdl said.

2nd one looks like a blue Metriaclima estherae to me.

the second one may also be a kenyii Psudotropheous Lomboardoi

I dont think it is a kenyii. I do have one of those guys tho. These fish (2nd) are anywhere from 1"-2 1/2" (pictured). They gain more color and lose their stripes as they age too. Who knows... they may be hybrid.

The pike (top) is about 4 1/2"

I thought that they'd get egg spots on their anal fin. Is it supposed to be on the dorsal?
