i would certainly jump at the chance of doing that for a living....imagine all the interaction you will have with the fish and inverts in one of them tanks...thats gotta be awsome.....

I think i would give up firefighting to do something like that if the pay was comparable.. and some of you know my passion for the emergency services. :p:

whats fs job?
I have 1 side job doing it and the money isn't bad. It is a great job, but when ur ur own boss situations tend to change. You must provide superb customer service and satisfaction. The thing is is if I didn't have another job I would be at their mercy, unless I had so many accounts that losing 1 wouldn't mean anything.
I can believe that it could pay in the 50,000 range... 85,000 could be possible if u worked 60 hours many weeks.

thats not a bad idea Germanman. how did you go about starting something like that?

well i used to service for my old work and then i just kinda branched on my own when i was layed off. then kept them when i was re hired and went form there to be fired on a drug induced rant of my old boss....lol. i also do construction..so if i see an aquarium i give the home/business owner a price and go from there.

As far as a BS job as one might put it, I wouldnt mind much on doing that BS job for its something that I love :dance2:
