Think I can fit one more oto?

I think you could get away with another Oto, I have two in my 10 gal with 3 cories, 1 betta and 2 ADF's. Otos don't usually add a noticable bioload and they also enjoy to be in groups if possible. My two guys typically can be found resting by each other when not munching. :D

Maybe a Black Mystery Snail (although I don't know there requiremtns yet)??

If you go with the snail, make sure you know what you're getting. You don't want to end up with an apple snail that will munch on your plants.

I personally wouldn't add any more otos to your tanks. You could maybe get away with adding one to the ten gallon, but IMO that would be right on the edge of overstocked. Keep in mind that otos are sensitive to water quality, and also need plenty of algae. Unless you have loads of soft algae, or intend to supplement their diet almost constantly with veggies and do more water changes than usual, I'd say leave the stocking levels as is.

I got four in mind, and they seem to be having fun. :)
I was surprise they even started to munch on the algae wafers I throw in the tank for the other fish.

I agree that getting one more oto would make your tank pretty full -- I think you'd be okay as long as you do regular water changes and have good filtration.
