I am in the :::hurry up and wait::: phase of a fishless cycle in my 55 gal tank and have started thinking about my stocking.
At first, I wanted to do all south american plants/fish, but now I'm leaning towards an oddball-ish tank. I was going to do some farowellas (not royal) and hatchets as the basis for a south american planted community, but recently fell in love with the elephant nose too...
Ideas for stocking either way are appreciated, as I'm pretty torn as how to go now... especially since I've read a whole bunch of conflicting info on elephant noses onlinem and so I feel like i know nothing about them.
