Thoughts on doing a Reef in A Nano?

I have been seeing the Small Nano's at the Aquarium shops as reef tanks and I am thinking about starting one!

What does everyone think about the Nano Reefs?

Any Tips? Any Downfalls? What is the best brand?

This is the site that got me going 5 years ago...Great tips/how to's on that site...as with any kind of tanks, you need to keep on top of smaller volumes of water...my only major issues over the years was a heat wave taking the temp up too high while i was on vacation one time...have since bought a chiller....enjoy!

I've seen a number of nano reefs poping up and they look great. My LFS has a few on display and I have been watching their progress and they look great!

not recommended for beginers due to the low water compacity... ok if you have knowledge... good if your a frequent reefer .. your looking at about 500 for a 6 gallon nano
