I prefer over the top but often put it under...otherwise the cats unravel the whole thing and pull it all over the apartment. Under, it just spins and thwarts their evil plans.

This is a major issue with my boyfriend and I. He can't stand it being any way but over the top. I could care less and don't make an effort one way or another. But, sometimes just to spite him I put it on the bottom.:devil:

I kinda think , for the most part, this is a battle of the sexes thing, most guys like it from the top, while most women like it from the bottom..
