I just bought 2 tomato clowns yesterday and got them home and they where doing fine last night. this morning i woke up and one is swiming at the top of the water and will not come down, there is a white film over one eye and between the eyes. all my water conditions are fine. would this just be caused by stress and will he come out of it or should i use meds' or what. the pair that i bought were paired up so they did get along. any info on this would be great thanks.

would it be all right for me to use jungle fish care its called fungus clear. i have this for my fresh water tanks and on the back it gives the things that it can cure what my clown has eye cloud and white patch between eyes thanks for any advice.

would it be allright if i use the fresh water ich tretment or the fungus clear please help its not doing good.

The problem is most marine diseases are totally different parasites than their freshwater counterparts. I personally think all the Jungle products are crap. I wouldn't put any of their products in any of my tanks but that is just me. It sounds like it could be Marine Velvet but not sure. It is never advised to put meds into your main tank, so do you have a quarentine tank? I would advise putting him in a quarentine tank and treating him with something like Quick Cure or reducing the salinity. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.
