Towards my first ICH?

Hi all,

I did a water change today and cleaned sand off the all dirt and when I was mixing Flubendanzole I have notices that my black platy has those white/cream-ish bumps on her tail and dorsal & anal fin but those also look kind of too big to be ICH though would be nice to know. They werent there yesterday.

It looks like iridescence from the picture, your plate could be changing color. Ich usually is straight up white and a bit fuzzy I would try tapping the tank where it is and see if it shakes off, if you could get a better quality photo it would be easier to identify I noticed that same thing in my blackwater tank when my fish go in mulm they look like they are dying and sick but when I tap the glass it shakes off
