Treating mild fun rot

Hi,
One of my black skirt tetras has mild fin rot. All others seem ok.
Water parameters;
76 degrees
0 ammonia
0 no2
5 no3
7.6 ph

Suggestions for treatment please?

Frequent large water changes.

Vacuum the substrate to lower organics as well, carefully, don't stir it up. I vacuum then do a water change right after.

Good advice. Adding Meds is usually counter productive. Clean water is #1.
