Ok, a few days after I transfered all my fish in to a larger tank my trigger has developed a film-like substance across his face. It almost looks like he is a snake that is shedding his skin(personal comparison). I have done every water test you can think of and all were right on the number, and my other fish are doing fine as well. Any help is welcome...
Thanks!

It's his slime coat. It's either because he's stressed or maybe he has a diseases?

I have been researching all day and I think that it is cloudy eye. One of the symptoms of this is a transparent film over the eyes and other parts of the body. Sounds about right to me... What do you think?

When I got my Niger trigger about a week later his eye was very cloudy. He actully scratched his eye on a rock. I took him out and put him in the hospital tank and gave him peniclin. I didn't see any change in his eye so I decided to put him back in the main tank and see what happens. His eye healed in less than a week after I put him back in that main tank. And to this day he's very healthy. Is the fish eating? If he is I would just add some vitamins to his foods.

No, unfourtunately his condition has worsened. He is in the hosp tank right now and he is just lying on the bottom. I thought he was dead but his operculum is still flapping. With your niger was there a film that went along with the cloudyness of the eye?
