This post is for 10 stems of Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig'(AKA Tropic sunset).I am asking $16.00 per 10 stems.Shipping will stay the same no matter how many stems you buy.This plant is a rare plant.You just don't see it around much.I am very lucky to have it growing like a weed in my 100 gallon planted tank.It is a backdrop plant.To get more info about this plant go to this website http://www.plantgeek.net/plant-139.htm .The photo on the left shows what 8 stems looks like out of the water.Please note that the bag behind them is an 8x16" bag.The photo on the right is what my planted tank looks like and you can see the tropic sunset plant centered in the tank.All you have to do is stick the bottom ends in your substrate and it will grow roots.This is one really nice plant and I can't wait to share it with you.I will ship USPS priority mail for $8.00.Thanks Tim Mousseau

The reason that it grows like a weed for you is because it IS a weed. The reason that it's "rare" is because it is illegal to possess in the United States. I don't think it's really as "rare" as you think it is either. I just got 12+ stems @10" shipped USPS Priority with tracking for $6 which covered shipping and that's basically it. I see it free ALL the time so it isn't "rare".
 
I did not know that it is an illegal plant.By what I have read it is only illegal in some US states. I see it in my local pet stores all the time and it ranges at about what I priced it at.If the pet stores are selling it, it must not be illegal in Michigan.So I will say to the buyers you are responsibly to know your State law if you are allowed to possess it or not.Thanks for the Info.

If you see it in your pet store all the time then how can you consider it "rare" as you did earlier? It may not be illegal to possess but it is illegal to bring it into this country just as it is illegal to move it across state borders.
 
I have about 12 pet stores around me and it is in one of them all the time.The other 11 don't seem to have it.In my plant book they list it as rare.Since their is laws regarding this plant I don't wish to take any chances of breaking the law.So that being said my sale offer is no longer available.Sorry if you want this plant you are going to have to look for it locally.Thanks for the info guys.
