I have my 75g setup with pool filter sand, water is in and cleared up. When I set the tank up I put about one inch of water in it to see if it was level and it look good. Well after added water and the sand i notice it was not level, I managed to get a shim under the stand on the low side which helped but Iam still off about 1/8 inch or so. Should I be conserned about it? I know Ill never get it perfect because of our floors in the house.
Also Iam going to gather rock tomorrow from local creeks. I know most people have said on the forum to boil or bake the rocks. Is that a "must" I havent started to cycle the tank yet and it will be a while before fish are added.
