It's an angler fish I found by doing an image search for "deep sea fish" in Google, and when I found the little pic version named "anglerfisch" I searched again and found the full-sized critter and the source site above.
I just wanted to have an "ugly fish" picture, and that was the result.

OOooo! I love it. I knew it was an Angler right away.(you can see a bit of it's "antennae" at the top) Good find.
